Terms of Sale

Commercial terms for Multiplayer API subscriptions and related paid services.

Seller: LANNE DIGITAL PORTAL - FZCO · Payments via Dodo Payments

1. Seller identification

2. Purpose

These Terms of Sale (“CGV”) apply to all paid orders placed with LANNE DIGITAL PORTAL - FZCO for Multiplayer API, including monthly subscriptions and any other digital products or services offered on multiplayerapi.com.

By placing an order, the customer (“Buyer”) accepts these CGV without restriction, in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

3. Products and services

Multiplayer API is a hosted multiplayer backend for games: developer console, API keys, rooms, shared state, WebRTC signalling/support features, documentation and demos, as described on the site and in the console at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify features, pricing and limits. Changes do not affect the current paid period already confirmed, except for recurring subscriptions notified in accordance with Section 8.

4. Orders and contract formation

A contract is formed when the Buyer completes checkout (typically via the developer console) and payment is confirmed by our payment processor. Access to paid console features may require an active subscription. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of error, suspected fraud, or violation of our terms.

5. Prices and payment

6. Delivery of digital services

Digital services are delivered electronically upon successful payment. Console access and API capability for your account are typically activated immediately or within a few minutes after the processor confirms payment. If activation is delayed, contact contact@lannetech.ae with your account email and payment reference.

7. Fair use and plan limits

Usage is subject to fair-use limits, rate limits and technical constraints published in the documentation or console. We may throttle or suspend accounts that abuse infrastructure, threaten platform stability, or attempt to bypass metering or security controls.

8. Subscriptions

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date through the account/billing flow or by contacting support. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before the next renewal. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

9. Right of withdrawal

For consumers located in jurisdictions granting a statutory cooling-off period, digital services begin immediately upon purchase. By completing checkout and requesting immediate access, the Buyer expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been fully delivered, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For business customers (B2B), no statutory withdrawal right applies unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our dedicated Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these CGV.

11. Buyer obligations

The Buyer agrees to:

12. Liability

Our liability for paid services is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for Multiplayer API during the three (3) months preceding the incident, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory applicable law.

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, player disputes in your games, or failures attributable to third-party providers, force majeure or misuse of the Services by the Buyer.

13. Force majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, network outages, strikes or failures of third-party infrastructure.

14. Personal data

Personal data collected in connection with sales is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Disputes

These CGV are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Dubai, UAE. Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution by contacting contact@lannetech.ae.
